We had a great time. Nice big rooms, clean and no fridges but still workable. The I Hop restaurant has an assorted menu for all ages. The pool was ready and willing to be used. Friendly staff that is willing to help when needed. Close to all amenities (Casino, restaurants, shopping and a small walk to the falls).
Overall, this hotel is a good deal. The aspect I was least enthused about was the lack of fridge and microwave. Another possible downside would be the humidity in the room at most times - though I assume this can be attributed to the mists from the falls. However the cleaning service is excellent and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. This Best Western also provides an indoor and outdoor pool for guests to enjoy, though I didn’t experience them for myself. The location is very good and within walking distance from the falls and many other attractions.
We stayed at the Best Western as we were in the area for a wedding. We were pleased with the hotel. We were travelling with our 14 month old son and loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room for him to move around in. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The proximity to the Falls was wonderful. Looking forward to staying here again.
Very clean and basic room. It is a three block walk to the Falls. Amenities are basic, but in good order. Our initial room was on the main floor with the headlights of cars shining in from the parking lot, but the staff at the from desk (Catherine) moved us to another room right away when we asked. Great value in a hotel stay.
What a fantastic stay. The rooms that I had was in Tower B and with a fantastic balcony view to the Sky Tower, the ferry’s wheel. It was absolutely a great place to book based on the location. The falls were at walking distance. All the staffs- at the check - the room service everyone was very friendly and polite. There was micro fridge coffee maker inside the room. Although I had to get plates and crockery for the food that I ordered for lunch/dinner.
Newly renovated and most importantly..clean! I was a little concerned by the outer appearance of the hotel but the inside was nice. Our room was recently renovated, I assume as it was a nice clean room. The room was HUGE as well and we had a balcony with a view of the skyline tower and were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. Definitely recommend and will return.

We always have a great time at this hotel, we have been visiting them for years and look forward to what the future holds for them. We were checked in by a very nice lady who was very personable and our king room with a jetted tub was fantastic as always. It might lack fridges, but the ice machines are always full. If you prepare, it's not an issue. The balcony is a nice touch. The staff is always great and it's a 2 minute walk from the casino. Can't wait to visit again!
